The Accredited Snow Contractors Association (ASCA) is excited to announce that SN 9001, the snow specific quality management system, that works in unison with ISO 9001, has been updated and is now available. The updates bring it in unison with the new ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system.
ISO 9001 is a quality management system that ensures a snow contractor has the policies and procedures in place to ensure service quality. SN 9001 ensures that you have implemented the Industry standards into your business. These standards are proven to protect you , your customers, and your insurance carrier in claims against your company. Last year the industry averaged 35% dismissal rate for slip and fall claims against them. ISO/9001 and SN9001 companies average a 70% dismissal rate of claims. This is huge differentiating factor and a testament to the quality management systems.
SN 9001 is available through the ASCA at 216/393-0303. ASCA members will be receiving their own individual copies of the update.
The Accredited Snow Contractors Association is a trade association dedicated to advancing the needs of the snow and ice management industry. ASCA members are snow and ice management businesses, suppliers of snow and ice equipment, subcontractors performing snow and ice services, and others allied to the field.
