A former insurance agent, Jennings is accused of filing false insurance certificates between 2007 and 2009. He then hit the road with a fleet of several vehicles that weren’t actually insured, according to the Augusta County prosecutor’s office
Jennings reportedly collected several thousand dollars in fees, resulting in the obtaining money by false pretense charges.
