When you own a business, there are lots of things to think about. So many, in fact, it can be daunting and a great reason to stay working for someone else and not get that entrepreneurial itch to go out and raise your flag at your own company! Notice we said “think about,” too, not “worry.” Because business owners don’t worry, right?

One important thing snow operators should be concerned about is how they classify their workers. Incorrectly classifying your people can have grave legal and financial consequences, and the last thing you want is for the thing you worked so hard for – your company – to be cut down at the knees, right?
